Full Circle Chiropractic – sound bath and guided meditation
This Quantum Meditation at Full Circle Chiropractic is a monthly crystal bowl sound bath and guided meditation for full body relaxation and/or chakra alignment. We gather and are guided through a meditation specifically tailored for the energy of the group for optimal relaxation.
For this meditation we want to get as comfortable as possible, laying down or in a seated position, as we connect with the energy within our body.
Incense or palo santo, essential oils, selenite or clear quartz, shungite or black tourmaline along with a candle is recommended. If attending in person these items will be provided but if you are joining us online visit the Soul Healing Essentials for a Quantum Kit to accompany your meditation.
A crystal singing bowl is a type of musical instrument made from a quartz crystal with a smooth, rounded bottom. To create the sound, a person rubs a leather mallet around the rim. The vibration from the rubbing sets off a series of resonances within the crystal, which produces a pure tone.
There are many benefits of crystal singing bowl baths including:
The baths help clear and calm the mind and promote relaxation, ease overwhelm, anxiety and stress
The vibrations created by the crystal bowl are said to improve circulation and the immune system
Improved pain relief, sleep quality and may even help to lower blood pressure and heart rate
Help align and balance the chakras which improves physical and emotional health, as well as overall well-being
The baths help restore balance and clarity in the mind, stimulate the lymphatic system, clear out negativity, and improve energy flow
The sounds and vibrations made by the crystal bowls strengthen the aura impacted by our thoughts, emotions, and overall health which in turn helps protect us from negative energy
Since we are mostly made of water and the vibrations from the signing bowl help align the molecules in the water to release toxins and blockages from our cells.
“Chakra” is a Sanskrit word for wheel or disk and refers to the energy centers within our body. Traditionally there are seven chakras which run from the base of the spine up to the crown. While lately I have seen evidence that things are shifting slightly person to person, the traditionally known seven chakras are as follows:
The crown chakra is located at the crown of the head. This chakra is the expression of the divine and our connection to all that is.
The third eye chakra is located between the brows. This chakra is the expression of the soul and our internal guidance system.
The throat chakra is located in the neck. This chakra is the expression of vibration for our divine speech and listening.
The heart chakra is located directly above the heart. This chakra is the expression of love and healing as it extends into the palms of our hands.
The solar plexus chakra is located just below the rib cage. This chakra is the expression of ego and self as we connect with those around us.
The sacral chakra is located just below the navel. This chakra is the expression of partnership, friendship and how we relate to others.
The root chakra is located at the base of the spine. This chakra is the expression of our tribe and our core beliefs about our place in the world and how we are provided for.
