Selenite is a white stone known to be a high-vibration stone which brings energy and peace to its user. It is a great stone for mental clarity and works on the crown chakra. Use this stone at the beginning and throughout your session or home practice to connect to your higher chakras.

Shungite is a charcoal grey stone known to have electricity conducting properties which are also known to aid in the inhibiting of EMFs, or electromagnetic fields, that are the result of electromagnetic radiation. Shungite stone carries the energy of the earth provides a shield of protection, while also penetrating to the core of your being in order to bring a sense of calm and an earthy steadiness. Use this stone after your session or practice to ground you back into your reality.

Palo Santo is traditionally used for relieving common colds, flu symptoms, stress, asthma, headaches, anxiety, depression, inflammation, emotional pain and more. Palo Santo has energetically cleansing and healing properties similar to Sage and is considered a strong medicine that has been popularized for its heavenly presence in keeping energies grounded and clear. Light one end with a candle and allow the smoke to gently waft within your space. Using the mind to send an intention of clearing what no longer serves and attracting new fresh high vibrating energy.

Essential oils are known to bring a calming effect to the body and mind which can aid to settle the nerves and thoughts for your session or meditative practice. The blends are made of therapeutic grade essential oils and designed to work with the chakra system and aid in meditation. If you have a preference for the chakra to be addressed, please specify in your order otherwise a roller will be selected for you with divine guidance.
